💥 About the Role: Account Manager, Groupon Coupons

Groupon Coupons (home to vouchercloud, Groupon, and white-label platforms) is one of Europe’s fastest-growing mobile marketing businesses. We run innovative digital campaigns for some of the world’s most recognizable brands — and we’re looking for an ambitious, confident Account Manager to join our team.

In this role, you’ll manage and develop a portfolio of mid- to high-tier clients, working across marketing channels to drive visibility, results, and growth. Whether you’re pitching a bespoke campaign, analyzing post-performance data, or nurturing client relationships — you’ll be the driving force behind digital success stories.

🧠 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and manage direct relationships with your client portfolio (and their agency/network partners, where applicable)

  • Pitch campaigns, brainstorm creative solutions, and present ideas that deliver results

  • Collaborate with internal teams — Content, PPC, SEO, Comms — to build tailored campaigns

  • Source exclusive promotions and negotiate digital exposure

  • Analyze and report on campaign performance weekly, monthly, and quarterly

  • Spot new opportunities for revenue growth with existing and prospective clients

  • Represent Groupon at industry events and marketing conferences (when travel resumes)

  • Forecast earnings and maintain a proactive approach to client strategy

  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing or a digital account management role

  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns and client relationships

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems: SEO, PPC, affiliate networks, tracking tools

  • Confidence in pitching, negotiating, and creating commercially driven strategies

  • Commercially savvy with an analytical mindset

  • Organized multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment

  • A confident communicator who builds trust and lasting partnerships
