YOUR MISSION:
As a Finance Transformation Director, you will lead transformation into finance function for Getnet. Generating Growth and Preserving Business values will be the key aspect in the role.We are a Product and Tech company in our core and we would like to find a global Finance expert to support the organization into our ability to innovate. How to do it…. Evolving different parts of the function focus on Think to Advise to ensure double digit growth on revenues, Plan to Forecast to ensure product&tech outflow allocation and Record to Report to key stakeholder int he organization. Activities will be;
- Drive implementation of Business Strategy together with Finance Funtion Transformation –outflow allocation according Strategy ( 70/20/10 resource allocation model.), re-think OKRs and drill-down targets to Product and Tech Domains Globally and ensure scalable tools with granular information to support. Getnet Finance Transformation.
- Proactive Business Partner as single point of contact for all Tranformation matters for Finance.Set up a driver-tree logic that links financial KPIs domains. (revenue, profitability,capitaletc..) with operational KPIs based on Tech and Product Global Domains. Making sure Strategic Planning, Forecasting – Budgeting, annual levers to make sure Budget management and Actuals for Tech and Product domains are delivered.
- Management and performance reporting. Slice and dice views of KPIs across full tech infrastructure and by Products (Core Ad.&VAS) and by Global Domains.
- Objective: Evaluate cost-effectiveness and cloud resource utilization.
- Product Development approach and discipline ( focus on time to market,Quarterly Planning Discipline, Cloud & On-Prem Cost Breakdown: Compute, storage, bandwidth optimization.
- Containerization & Orchestration: Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/AKS) vs. serverless vs. VMs.
- Resource Allocation & Autoscaling: Cost vs. performance trade-offs.
- Observability & Cost Governance: FinOps practices, real-time cost monitoring.
- Third-party Services & Licensing Costs: Payments network fees, SaaS tools.
- Setting up a Global Go to Model Finance Function leveraging teams across main finance funtions and countries.
- Setting Enablers to make sure transformation based on: Central Finance Data Platform and Digital tools.
- Advanced BI.
- Ability to drill down into performance on a driver basis.Business Intelligence (finance data ownership and data handling).
- Define target operating model and Roll out global target operating model coordination with different Stakeholders.
- Define Cost Engine and Revenues Engine to allocate overall costs or Revenues by Tech Domain, Product, Sales channels etc..
- Analysis to support decision making and to steer towards strategic goals and manage
- Disciplined investment with sence of without sacrificing excellence – a 70/20/10 resource allocation model.70% on core business,20% on emerging products,10% on radical new products
- Tech and Product Monthly Insights.
- P&L and KPIs by Products across Platforms.
- P&L and KPIs by Global Domains.User and customer-focused – (proactive collaboration to design incentive system)
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :
Required
- Exposure to fintech environments and Big Tech
- 15+ years of product/tech-focuse., consultancy in top-notch global companies ,proof leading change management in Global Paymens Entities
- Global Payment background in Adquiring, gateways, orquestators focus con value added services to Merchants.
- Lead and manage cross functional and cross boarder transactional projects.
- Finance Business partner oriented,Focus on automatization, and Data driven professional who is passionate about digital transformation and payments with result –driven focus .
- Creative problem solver analytical and financial perspective with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to effectively work with global and local teams in a collaborative, multicultural and cross-functional environment.
- Identifying best practices and help countries ´connect the dots´ to learn from one another.
- Communicate clearly, adapting style to audiences ranging from engineering teams, control functions, business areas and senior leaders.
- Ability to effectively, and independently, manage multiple competing priorities with high attention to detail.
Desired
- Master’s degree (Business Administration or Finance)
- Agile Methodology, Lean Start –up and Scrum experience is desired.
