PagoNxT/Getnet Global Sales team is the engine that drives Multinational customer acquisition and engagement for our Acquiring, Gateway and PSP product across the globe. We cover full commercial value chain, from prospecting to acquisition and activation. We are 100% client oriented with international approach to large corporations, covering their needs in Spain, Portugal and LATAM in a long-term relationship. We are seeking a highly driven and relationship-oriented Partner Management Manager to lead the development and growth of our existing strategic partnerships. This role is focused on farming—maximizing long-term value from current partners by deepening collaboration, uncovering new business opportunities, and aligning strategic goals.

You will play a central role in nurturing high-impact relationships, ensuring partner satisfaction, and unlocking mutual growth potential through structured engagement and value creation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of a portfolio of key partners, with a strong focus on product alignment, co-innovation, and driving joint product initiatives.
  • Act as a strategic advisor and primary liaison for partners, deeply understanding their product needs, technical requirements, and long-term objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to represent partner voices in roadmap discussions, prioritize features, and support product adoption and integration.
  • Drive co-development opportunities and technical enablement to create scalable, product-driven partnerships.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through product-led growth strategies and data-driven insights.
  • Lead structured governance practices including regular QBRs, product performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Ensure the continuous delivery of product value to partners, aligning technical solutions with business goals.
  • Support go-to-market initiatives in collaboration with marketing and product teams to launch joint offerings or integrations.
  • Analyze partner and product usage data to provide actionable insights, improve partner experience, and influence product evolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA or technical master’s degree is a plus.
  • Strong product mindset with proven experience working closely with product and engineering teams in a partner-facing role.
  • 5+ years of experience in partner account management, strategic partnerships, product partnerships, or customer success, preferably in fintech or SaaS.
  • Demonstrated success in growing product-centric partnerships, including technical integrations and co-innovation.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand APIs, integrations, and platform capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills across technical and business audiences.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with a problem-solving approach focused on delivering long-term value.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
