CRM & Commercial Intelligence Associate

Getnet Payments is looking for a data-driven, execution-oriented professional to join our Global Commercial Excellence Team as CRM & Commercial Intelligence Associate, based in Madrid.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

The CRM and Commercial Intelligence Associate is a strategic role in a global organization, a leader in the payments industry, in which you will be responsible for the definition and optimizing CRM platforms, ensuring seamless integration with commercial and customer engagement teams and designing of data-based business solutions to streamline processes and boost the lifecycle value. This role supports the global CRM strategy, enhances commercial intelligence, and provides datadriven insights to improve customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. You will be reporting to the Global Manager of CRM & Commercial Intelligence in the HQ and working in close cooperation with different Getnet teams across the world.

The CRM & Commercial Intelligence Associate will be responsible for:

  • Lead and coordinate end-to-end CRM Platform Evolution and Optimization, helping to shape the way we engage with millions of customers in all markets.
  •  Ensure that the business team has access to the key data and insights needed to make the right decisions, tracking pipeline and maximize conversion.
  •  Work with our tech hubs and providers to ensure that the CRM & Business Analytics stack developments are aligned with Getnet strategy and business objectives, besides evaluate and suggest new technologies that can contribute to the success lifecycle strategy.
  • Support the definition and execution of CRM strategies focused on acquisition, engagement, and retention throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Integrate AI-driven and data-informed approaches into CRM Platform and Strategies, including use of machine learning and generative AI for personalization, efficiency, long-term engagement, retention and revenue growth
  • Define and automate Key Global Commercial Metrics such as active customer base, activation, churn, sales goals (e.g. conversion rate, onboardings, TPV), customer engagement and NPS, using CRM tools and Data solutions. 
  • Create and maintain dashboards, providing actionable insights for the commercial and business teams. Establishing sales forecasts based on historical data and market trends. 
  • Customer Lifecycle Management with a focus on maximizing LTV. Support local countries with the methodology and tools to manage properly the function. 
  • Organize and provide ongoing training for the sales team in CRM strategies, processes and platform usability. Provide materials and insights based on data to optimize the sales approach and improve performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration to work with various teams and experts to translate business opportunities into platform requirements, ensuring continuous alignment with the Getnet Global roadmap.

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 6+ years in CRM, Commercial Intelligence, or Data Analytics (preferably in payments, fintech or financial services and fast-paced, data-rich environments).
  • Proven experience managing best-in-class CRM Platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Adobe Campaign/Marketo, HubSpot or similar.) 
  • Strong analytical mindset with working knowledge of SQL, Excel, business intelligence platforms (e.g. Tableau, Power BI). 
  • Familiarity with AI applications in CRM & Commercial contexts (e.g. predictive and prescriptive analytics for Churn Prevention and boost LTV, lead scoring, segmentation) 
  • Excellent business skills like communication, positive relationships and problem-solving, which facilitate understanding of customer needs and enable the offer of powerful solutions 
  • Ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects, including interaction with external providers and consultancies.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus)
