At Getnet, we are looking for a Compliance Associate  to join our team in Madrid.

📌What you'll do

As a Compliance Associate, your objective will be to provide support in the application of regulatory and payment brand regulations, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards. You will also help to ensure that the company always operates within the regulatory framework and conducts itself responsibly.

We need someone like you to help us in different areas:

• Regulatory compliance for brands and card schemes: interpreting and analysing the regulatory, operational and contractual requirements that impact the business.
• Identification and prevention of non-compliance: anticipating regulatory risks and proposing preventive measures through continuous analysis and monitoring.
• Conduct and conflict of interest management: monitoring internal codes of conduct, identifying and analysing potential conflicts of interest, proposing mitigation measures and promoting a culture of transparency and integrity within the organisation.
• Customer complaint management: supporting the review and resolution of complaints, ensuring proper handling in accordance with current regulations.
• Compliance monitoring in e-commerce environments: providing support to ensure alignment with payment scheme requirements and established internal controls.

✅ What we're looking for

• +3y of experience in regulatory compliance roles.
• Bachelor's Degree: Law, Business Administration and Management, Economics
• Previous experience in Risk and Compliance areas.
• Knowledge of the acquiring business and card brand or scheme regulations.
• Proficiency in Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Writing skills.
• HIGH english level. Ability to communicate in a foreign language in a professional setting.
