Regional Sales Manager - Middle East
Reports to:
VP of Sales, EMEA
Based in:
Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle for the Middle East, balancing outbound prospecting for new business with account management of existing clients, and leveraging existing connections in the region
- Design, implement and own a strategic business development plan, based on the company’s 2025 strategy, that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence in the Middle East.
- Organise demos and technical pre-sales and post-sales activity using the Solutions Design team, unlocking new users of Disguise hardware and software products, services and workflows
- Work with the Sales Admin to process quotes, orders, invoicing and delivery of goods to customers
- Work to individual and team sales targets, as well as focused monthly / quarterly / annual KPIs
- Produce accurate forecasts for sales of products and services monthly
- Increase brand awareness and market reach in key verticals. LBX (Location Based Experience), TV/Broadcast, Film, E Sports, and Corporate
- Work with our direct partner network to increase Disguise’s presence in the region
- Work with the marketing team to drive interest and knowledge of the brand across the Middle East region, acting as the subject matter expert for the region.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi / Giga project ecosystems via Consultants, direct sales, reseller and manufacturer networks from previous sales roles.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Skills and Experience:
- 10 plus years in direct, complex, solution led selling
- Commercially minded, and clear achievement of ambitious targets and growth
- Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation and to external stakeholders
- Solid working understanding of KSA and wider ME culture and ways of working
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Experience of lead generation, working with decision makers and closing deals
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong experience of Salesforce and using data for decision making. Experience using other systems desirable: Pandadoc, Clari, PowerBI, Docusign.
- Multi-lingual a preference
