Sourcing & Procurement Specialist

As a Sourcing & Procurement Specialist in our Vilnius office, you will be part of our high-performing Global Procurement team. You will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end procurement process, as well as ensuring full compliance with DORA regulations for all critical Suppliers of Convera.

You will be responsible for:

Supporting end-to-end procurement processes for Non-IT (facilities, marketing, professional services, etc.) categories.
Assisting in sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding vendors.
Analyzing spend data and procurement trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Collaborating with legal and finance teams to support contract reviews and renewals.
Maintaining procurement documentation, supplier records, and contract databases.
Supporting RFPs, RFIs, and vendor selection processes.
Ensuring full compliance with DORA regulations for all critical suppliers for Convera, including but not limited to:

Ownership of the third-party contractual requirements applicable to DORA for new and existing vendors.
Ownership of the DORA registry of information on critical vendors.
Partner with internal stakeholders regarding any issues/ questions pertaining to DORA regulations.

You should apply if you have:

2+ years of experience in procurement, with exposure to both IT and Non-IT categories.
Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with procurement tools (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
Familiarity with contract terms, vendor management, and procurement best practices.
Strong communication skills written and verbal, able to exercise good judgment and attention to detail.
Excellent planning and organization skills including time management and prioritization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
