Reports to: Senior Manager, Pre and Post-Sales Engineering

Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Customer Implementation Specialist to lead complex customer onboarding and deployment initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring our clients experience a seamless transition from sale to solution delivery. You will bring deep technical expertise, strong project management skills, and a customer-first mindset to drive successful implementations and long-term client satisfaction.
As a senior member of the team, you will also mentor junior specialists, contribute to process improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally to align customer needs with product capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end implementation for large or complex customer engagements, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through technical and operational aspects of onboarding.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues, coordinating with Engineering and Product teams as needed.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and continuity throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve implementation methodologies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Capture and relay customer feedback to internal teams to inform product development and service enhancements.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior implementation specialists.
  • ​Build, update and maintain implementation playbooks for team.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field (master’s preferred).
  • 5–7 years of experience in customer engineering and implementation, technical support, or solution delivery.
  • Advanced technical knowledge in system integration, data migration, APIs, and solution configuration.
  • Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder implementation projects.
  • Familiarity with CRM and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, JIRA).
  • Excellent communication, project management, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Good to Have
  • Experience in financial technology (FinTech) or cross-border payments.
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in financial services.
  • Familiarity with payment platforms, transaction processing, or currency exchange systems.
  • Exposure to enterprise-level integrations with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Knowledge of data security, encryption standards, and audit practices.
  • Experience working with global clients and navigating multi-region implementations.
  • Bilingual, French or Spanish.
