Office Administrator
About the position:
We are seeking a dynamic, compassionate, and enthusiastic individual to join our administrative team as an Office Administrator!
As our esteemed colleague, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming environment, ensuring our visitors feel valued and well-directed. Your responsibilities will include professionally managing incoming phone calls, sorting and distributing daily mail, updating calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining impeccable organization within the office. You will also take charge of ordering office supplies, managing inventory, and coordinating travel arrangements, and managing any other administrative tasks. Additionally, your exceptional communication skills will contribute to fostering internal collaboration, coordinating engaging events, and providing valuable support to your fellow colleagues. We expect you:
- have College or University degree;
- have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- have competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
- have good time management skills;
- have nature which finds it pleasant to help, support and assist people;
- are reliable, diligent, and attentive to details;
- are fluent in English (both verbal and written). Russian language would be considered as a great advantage. Moreover, proficiency in the Lithuanian language is a must for the position;
- have some relevant job experience (e.g. in administration field). It would be considered as advantage;
- are willing to work from our office at Konstitucijos av. 29 in Vilnius;
- are ready to take a full time or a part-time (0.75) position.
