We are seeking an experienced and passionate AI Go-to-Market Leader to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for defining and executing our AI go-to-market strategy, driving business development, and ensuring alignment between our technological capabilities and business goals. We can also consider candidates located within the European Union and Great Britain for B2B employment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for our AI, Gen AI, and ML offerings;
    • Target market;
    • Industry focus;
    • Partnerships;
  • Drive business development initiatives to identify and secure new business opportunities in the AI domain;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical experts, to bridge the gap between technology and business needs;
  • Help in defining the vision and the business benefits of implementing AI-related technologies to our new and existing clients;
  • Lead the development of AI-based solutions that align with market demands and client needs;
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in AI, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and innovative;
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry leaders to enhance our market presence;

Key Requirements

  • Proven track record in similar companies with a focus on AI, Gen AI, ML, and related technologies;
  • In-depth understanding and practical experience with AI, Gen AI, ML, and other advanced technologies;
  • Strong technical knowledge combined with robust business development, sales, and marketing skills;
  • Ability to map out business benefits and ROI for implementing AI-related technologies;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively bridge the gap between technologists and business stakeholders;
  • Strong passion and drive for AI and its potential to transform industries;
  • Ability to define offerings that match our technological capabilities and market demands;
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams;

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field. An advanced degree is preferred;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI, ML, and related technologies, with a significant portion in a go-to-market or business development role;
  • Experience working in a high-growth, dynamic environment;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong communication skills;
