Primary Duties & Responsibilities
-
Format client press releases, proofread documents with speed and accuracy;
-
Offer professional suggestions to customers on how to improve their press releases;
-
Ensure all client requests are handled to the highest customer service standards;

Ensure that the team's routine workflow runs smoothly and that tasks are managed properly;

Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of distribution platforms and processes;
-
Maintain seamless collaboration with colleagues in other functions and provide help as needed;
-
Provide regular feedback on operational activities to the supervisor.
Desired Skills and Experience

1 year of working experience is preferred, Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply

Comfort with reading and writing in English, Mandarin, as well as Simplified/Traditional Chinese, is essential

Highly self-motivated and independent
Work Arrangements
-
5 days a week, 8 hours a day plus 1 hour break time;

Comfortable for overnight working, from 10 pm to 7 am
-
Comfortable for a roster that may cover weekends, for example, Wednesday to Sunday, or Saturday to Wednesday

A successful hire will be trained during daytime office hours for the first few weeks
