Directeur De Comptes / Account Executive
- Développe, favorise et entretient des relations de haut niveau pour servir de consultant de confiance auprès des dirigeants et des parties prenantes des clients. Comprendre les marques, la concurrence et les défis des clients, et anticiper l'évolution des professionnels de l'entreprise afin d'optimiser et de stimuler la croissance du compte.
- Développe le portefeuille par le biais d'un développement proactif de nouvelles affaires et de la vente de services/produits appropriés aux clients.
- Collaborer avec les équipes de parties prenantes internes pour analyser, atténuer et résoudre les problèmes commerciaux et de service des clients.
- Exécuter toutes les phases du processus de vente, y compris les présentations aux clients, les propositions, les négociations contractuelles et la conclusion finale.
- Surveiller et suivre le traitement administratif efficace de la gestion des comptes clients, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, le partenariat avec les équipes de soutien internes, l'élaboration et la négociation d'accords / accords de niveau de service et de renouvellements, et la préparation de rapports sur les excédents.
- Orchestrer la surveillance continue et les rapports d'analyse du rendement des ventes des clients en fonction de la croissance prévue des ventes.
- Comprend l'évolution des produits et des technologies de Cision et surveille de façon proactive les tendances et les meilleures pratiques de l'industrie afin d'améliorer la prestation globale des services et l'expérience des clients.
- Assurer la liaison avec les associations de l'industrie et établir un réseau actif pour trouver de nouvelles occasions d'affaires.
- Gère les opérations quotidiennes de développement des ventes.
Ce poste nécessite une connaissance avancée de l'anglais écrit et parlé puisque vous aurez des interactions hebdomadaires avec d'autres employés et clients basés à l'extérieur du Québec.
The Account Executive is the primary point of contact for clients utilizing our communications solutions. The Account Executive is responsible for developing consultative and strategic business relationships with a set of designated accounts. The Account Executive will work to uncover and match account needs to Cision products and services, thereby increasing our value to the client while also contributing to revenue and market share objectives.
Key Accountabilities:
- Own an end-to-end inside sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Confidently outbound cold-call into target companies, identifying key decision makers and influencers
- Set and execute strong product demos weekly
- Manage personal pipeline and effectively articulate progress to key sales goals: know your business
- Represent company culture and values in all client conversations
- Hit and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience in SaaS based new business sales
- Completed undergraduate degree from an accredited college/university
- Must be authorized to work in the Canada (we do not sponsor at this time)
- Innate hunger, self-motivation and work ethic
- Positivism and desire to uplift and share knowledge with those around you
- Stellar communication skills both over the phone and in writing
- Past examples of sales excellence and crushing quotas
- Previous management of the full sales cycle from hunting to closing
- Bonus if you have experience in a SaaS recurring revenue model, Salesforce CRM experience, experience in or strong understanding of PR, and sold to midsize and larger complex companies
