Content Operations Analyst

Argentina

We are Brainlabs, the High-Performance media agency, on a mission to become the world's biggest and best independent media agency. We plan and buy media that delivers profitable and sustained business impact. And what’s our formula? Superteams of Brainlabbers, fueled by data and enabled by technology.

Brainlabs has always been a culture-first company. In fact, from the very beginnings of the agency a set of shared principles, philosophies and values was documented in The Brainlabs Handbook, helping us create our unique culture.

As with everything here we always seek to adapt and improve so The Brainlabs Handbook has been fine-tuned to become The Brainlabs Culture Code.

This Culture Code consists of 12 codes that talk to what it means to be a Brainlabber. It’s a joint commitment to continuous development and creating a company that we can all be proud of, where Brainlabbers can turn up to do great work, make great friends and win together.

In this role you will 🖊️

  • CMS Deployment & Execution
    • Deploy branded retail media pages using client CMS platforms (Tempo, Pronto, Adobe Experience Manager).
    • Assemble pages using pre-defined modules (hero banners, POV cards, carousels, legal modules, etc.) based on vendor tier.
    • Configure page builds across web, mobile web, and app environments, ensuring consistency across each.
  • Asset Preparation & Management
    • Prepare, format, and validate creative assets prior to deployment (image sizing, file formats, optimization).
    • Upload assets to asset management systems and retrieve URLs for CMS placement.
    • Apply copy, CTAs, product selections, and legal modules as defined in briefs.
  • Quality Assurance & Validation
    • Perform detailed QA before and after launch:
      • Link validation (English & French)
      • Image rendering/cropping/distortion checks
      • Module placement and content accuracy
      • Mobile and app parity checks
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues discovered during setup or post-launch (date extensions, copy fixes, link corrections).
  • Collaboration & Process
    • Work closely with Account Managers, Creative teams, and client stakeholders to clarify briefs and resolve gaps.
    • Flag asset or content issues early when provided materials do not cleanly map to available modules.
    • Support light ongoing maintenance and updates for client site (content updates, blog posts, minor page changes) using Adobe-based CMS tools.

We’re looking for someone who 🔍

  • 1–2 years in digital production, CMS deployment, creative operations, or similar roles.
  • Experience in agency, ecommerce, retail media, or large-scale content environments is a plus.
  • While experience supporting bilingual or localized content in English is a must, any experience with French is a bonus.
  • Working familiarity with Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar) for asset prep and exports.
  • Ability to assess whether creative assets fit a given module and raise flags when adjustments are needed.
  • Experience working in CMS-driven environments (enterprise CMS experience strongly preferred).
  • High attention to detail and comfort working with structured templates and modular systems.
  • Strong QA mindset — you catch what others miss.
  • Ability to follow documented processes while moving quickly at scale.

And this is what success looks like in the role 🏅

  • You will live our Culture Code every day!
  • You're passionate about digital marketing, design and growing your career.
  • Achieving the goals set by your manager.
  • Internal targets/metrics on technology adoption and process optimization met.
  • Client satisfaction targets being met (internal & external).
  • Learning certifications created and met across the practice.
  • Active involvement in mentoring less experienced colleagues.
  • Pages are deployed accurately, on time, and with minimal revisions.
  • QA issues are caught before launch, not after.
  • Stakeholders trust you to execute independently within defined processes.
  • You help the team move faster by being reliable, organized, and calm under volume.

What's in it for you ✨

  • 20 working days vacation plus all Argentina public holidays.
