We are adding an organized Affiliate Specialist to assist in managing large scale affiliate campaigns with a passion for details and exposure to paid digital advertising and ad operations.
In this role you will:
- Ensure the timely launch of approved media plans to affiliate partners and publishers.
- Help coordinate the inventory contracts, campaign assets, and proper approvals from the client team to each respective publisher with your manager.
- Manage and maintain relationships with publisher contacts
- Research and identify new publisher partners on behalf of the client and Brainlabs
- Work with your affiliate team and manager to optimize paid affiliate campaigns to target KPS (CVR, CTA)
- Work with the your affiliate team to support reporting needs to monthly and quarterly business reviews with client.
- Support your manager with strategies, quarterly roadmaps, plans and programs to strengthen the affiliate channel,
- Monitor Brand Safety guidelines to ensure all vendors/publishers are compliant
- Assist with the end-to-end deployment of paid affiliate campaigns.
- Be the subject matter expert in Affiliate campaigns for both your client, team, and Brainlabs
- Working through the Affiliate team to continually improve process and workflow.
- Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance readouts and reporting to team members and client stakeholders
- Own partner communication for all paid affiliate campaigns, ensuring all necessary details are well-documented.
- Analyze performance data to drive scale, efficiency and ongoing optimization
- Pull Salesforce affiliate reports and conduct analysis and recommendations for optimizations.
- Work with accounting team to manage the end-to-end invoicing process to ensure billing is correct for paid campaigns.
We’re looking for someone who:
- At least 1 year experience in affiliate or digital marketing
- Advanced fluency in English (B2-C1 level) is required
- A passion to learn hands-on management of affiliate partners with minimum of $5M budget
- Extreme attention to detail, ownership and follow through
- Strong intuition and analytical skills
- Prior direct responsibility over performance targets/KPIs
- Excellent cross-functional project management ability in a fast paced environment
- Working proficiency with Salesforce, Google Analytics, CM360 or other reporting tools to generate practical insights
- Familiarity with marketing automation and affiliate platforms management
- Self-starter with the ability to use data and industry insights to make strategic decisions
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate complex ideas with non-technical audiences
- Intellectual curiosity and strong teamwork/collaboration proclivity
- Familiarity with audience segmentation and performance marketing
