- Compensation: We hire candidates across our US office locations and at varying levels of experience. Our posted salary ranges reflect differences in both location and experience, with final compensation determined once a candidate’s background and location are confirmed.

As a Client Associate Director at Brainlabs, your singular focus is growth: growing your clients’ businesses, growing our business, and growing the careers of your team. Our Client Associate Directors are media planning experts who connect channels and platforms to unlock growth through truly integrated media. They apply the right measurement methodologies and use rigorous testing to deliver measurable commercial impact.
In this role you will:
- Be the day-to-day client contact, understanding their business and leading the design & execution of full-funnel media plans
- Ensure best-in-class planning principles are applied to cross-channel plans
- Be responsible for delivering the optimal channel mix, building on past performance and leveraging advanced planning tools for budget optimization
- Own budgets and outcomes, collaborating with practice & channel teams to ensure investments are well planned, flexible, and aligned with goals
- Monitor omnichannel campaign performance, ensuring recommendations and optimizations are effectively executed & troubleshoot as needed
- Stay informed on industry trends, new platforms, and technology advancements
- Work directly with media partners, incorporating them into media plans as relevant
- Build workback plans and set external and internal expectations on testing timelines
We’re looking for someone who:
- 5+ years’ experience delivering full-service, integrated media solutions, ideally within finance or a similar regulated vertical
- Experience at an independent media agency
- Channel planning experience with a strong integrated media planning and strategy background
- Experience in modern measurement, including using outputs from MMM and MTA models
- A systems-thinking mindset, able to connect channels, platforms, and measurement into cohesive strategies
- End-to-end understanding of full-service agency delivery, from strategy through activation and optimization
- Strong client leadership skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and translate complex challenges into clear media solutions
- Ability to thrive working in person with clients and teams
- Client references available
