Location: Denver, Colorado | Bloomington, Indiana | Dallas, Texas | Boca Raton, Florida | New York City, New York

Compensation: We hire candidates across our US office locations and at varying levels of experience. Our posted salary ranges reflect differences in both location and experience, with final compensation determined once a candidate’s background and location are confirmed.

Work Authorization: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship or continuation for this position.

What's the Role?

As a manager of affiliates and direct partnerships you’ll deliver best-in-class work for clients. You are well versed in the digital media space, with experience building out complex and bespoke programs for brands in partnership with key media publishers such as WSJ, NYT, etc. You’ll apply your partnership knowledge and experience to have a positive impact on client deliverables and the wider team around you. You are confident with end to end management, from identifying publishers that are the best fit for your client, presenting the proposal and getting client sign off, knowing the program inside and out to ensure every element meets client expectations and is in their best interest, manage the project management and execution of custom elements, and work in tandem with analytics team to understand what worked best and how to continue and grow direct partnerships. 

In this role you will:

  • End to end management of direct media partnerships for 1-2 clients in the finance vertical
  • Maintain strong relationships with publishers and clients to consistently bring new and innovative opportunities 
  • Comfortable negotiating with partners and optimizing bespoke plans in the best interest of your clients
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to project manage client teams, partners and internal teams to maintain deadlines of key deliverables
  • In depth digital marketing knowledge of how ads are delivered, best in class targeting and ideal ways of measuring success

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong digital media partnerships track record with 2+ years of experience.
  • Is passionate about their craft. 
  • Has demonstrable success in optimising direct media campaigns and work through automation, processes and technology adoption/development. 
  • Has a good understanding about how other channels work and optimise together. 
  • Is a confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator who cares about the quality of work and continuous learning. 
  • Is passionate about growing the knowledge of those around you
  • Has excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis and reporting skills. 
  • Has a strong attention to detail, methodical and process-oriented.

  • Internal targets/metrics on technology adoption and process optimisation met.
  • You will hit our quality assurance metrics on all campaigns you lead. 
  • Client satisfaction targets being met (internal & external)
  • Learning certifications created and met across the practice.
  • Active involvement in mentoring less experienced Affiliates colleagues

$41,000 - $98,000 USD
