The Commercial Operations Manager is a hands-on, data-driven role responsible for shaping how Brainlabs scales client delivery and profitability. You’ll own capacity and productivity strategy across Practices and Clients, using data, automation, and AI to design smarter staffing decisions and unlock profitable growth. Partnering with leadership, Commercial, People, and New Business teams, you’ll translate client demand into staffing strategies that expand productive output and strengthen profitability across the business.

What you do

  • Own day-to-day resourcing across Practice and Client teams, using data, forecasting, and automation to deploy talent against client demand.
  • Build and evolve capacity and productivity models that give the business real-time visibility into supply, demand, and margin performance.
  • Design and execute internal mobility processes that transition Brainlabbers across teams, prioritizing internal growth for our people through promotions and lateral rotations.
  • Analyze commercial performance to identify opportunities to strengthen client profitability.
  • Use automation and AI to scale resourcing workflows and improve staffing decision-making.
  • Recommend staffing strategies that support revenue growth and margin expansion.
  • Build dashboards and reporting that provide clear visibility into capacity, staffing risk, productivity trends, and client profitability.
  • Partner with Commercial, Practice, and Client leaders to proactively plan hiring, growth, and capability expansion.

Who you are

  • You have 2+ years of experience in a media agency or similar environment and have familiarity with agency operations.
  • You are excited by the opportunity to understand the commercials behind how a business operates and own part of it.
  • You love understanding how things work and solving problems from first principles.
  • You are a Google Sheets / Excel wiz.
  • You have experience experimenting with automation, scripting, or APIs (e.g. JavaScript, Python, Google Apps Script, Zapier, n8n, Make, or similar).
  • You are obsessed with all things AI, LLM, MCP and agentic and actively experiment with tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, and similar.
  • You embody the Brainlabs Culture Code.
  • You want to be part of a high-performance team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong academic background with right to work in the US or ARG.
