What's the role
As an expert in programmatic you will build and lead a cost-effective programmatic delivery team for our clients. You’ll lead the continuous development of the programmatic team by growing skills and knowledge internally. You’ll champion the adoption of technology to support highly efficient processes that deliver consistently brilliant work for our clients.

What you do
- You’ll deliver the programmatic practice profitability through efficient processes, automation and technology adoption.
- You will lead the team and effectively resource the programmatic practice, setting work priorities and delivery.
- Act as senior point of escalation for clients in programmatic, working collaboratively with the Client Success team to ensure work in delivered to standard and on time.
- You will lead the career development, retention and engagement of the programmatic team.
- You’ll develop and deliver training, building learning and knowledge certifications across the practice and Brainlabs
Who you are
- Strong programmatic delivery knowledge and 8 years of experience
- Highly commercial with demonstrable experience in managing a successful, efficient and profitable delivery team
- Demonstrable success in optimising programmatic delivery through automation, processes and technology
- A natural problem solver who enjoys providing solutions for clients
- A confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator
- Passionate about leading teams and growing the careers and knowledge of those around you
- Experience of building, collating and delivering training and certification/accreditions
