Who We Are

Bradken is equipping the resource sector to advance society sustainably.

As part of our global team, you’ll be joining a leading designer, manufacturer, and supplier of wear products and services for the mining and resource sectors.

With more than 3,000 people worldwide and a strong commitment to achieving carbon neutrality by 2030, Bradken offers a collaborative and purpose-driven workplace focused on safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What's the Role:

As a key member of the Sales team, supporting Engineering Solutions, the Project Coordinator – Team Lead is responsible for leading, coordinating, and supporting the Condition Monitoring team to deliver high‑quality on‑site inspection and monitoring services for fixed plant equipment across both Bradken and competitor products.

Reporting to the Sales Manager – Fixed Plant, this role provides day‑to‑day leadership and coordination of site‑based condition monitoring activities. The position remains technically capable and hands‑on where required, however the primary focus is on planning work scopes, allocating resources, supporting field teams, and ensuring consistent delivery of safe, high‑quality inspections and reporting.

You will coordinate the complete on‑site inspection lifecycle, including non‑destructive testing (NDT) activities such as ultrasonic testing, 3D scanning, and visual inspections. This includes organising team deployment, overseeing site execution, verifying data quality, and ensuring inspection methodologies are applied consistently across the team.

A core responsibility of the role is to review, validate, and consolidate inspection data and reports prepared by the Condition Monitoring team. You will ensure all reports are accurate, technically sound, and presented to a professional standard using Bradken and customer systems, supporting Sales engagement and customer decision‑making.

As the senior on‑site representative, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining strong relationships while working closely with Sales and Engineering teams to translate inspection findings into value‑adding, engineered solutions. You will also capture performance trends, competitive product intelligence, and site insights to support commercial and technical strategies.

The role includes mentoring, guiding, and developing team members and contractors, promoting safe work practices, capability growth, and continuous improvement. You will also support Engineering with modelling and drafting activities when required and contribute flexibly to ad‑hoc operational tasks to meet business needs.

Key Technical Criteria:

  • Associate Diploma in Engineering preferred, but not essential.
  • Exposure to wear materials is desirable.
  • Experience with 3D scanning technologies is desirable.
  • Mining site experience is desirable.
  • Experience in 3D modelling and 2D drafting is desirable.

The role is based in Burswood.
