As we explore the integration of AI into design workflows, we are looking for an AI Specialist who can bridge the gap between advanced machine learning techniques and creative design processes.

 

What you will be doing:

• Develop AI-driven tools and systems that directly support the work of our  design teams.

• Work closely with design team and design operations to understand current workflows and identify opportunities for AI-powered improvements.

• Create prototypes and proof-of-concepts that enhance ideation, sketching, visualization, and human-machine interaction.

• Build and refine models for 2D/3D data analysis, image processing, natural language understanding, and real-time feedback tools.

• Evaluate and implement solutions that improve workflow efficiency, creativity, and cross-team collaboration.

• Stay on top of research and trends in AI applications for creative industries, HCI, and automotive design.

What we’re looking for：

• Degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD) in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or similar.

• Strong foundation in machine learning and experience with Python-based frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch).

• Understanding of design processes and creative workflows – ideally in automotive, industrial design environments.

• Experience working with visual data (e.g. CAD, 3D models, images), and familiarity with tools such as Blender, Rhino, Vred, or Unreal Engine.

• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate complex technical concepts in a design-driven environment.

• Open-minded, curious, and motivated to shape future design processes with AI.

• Fluent in English.
