We are looking for an experienced (Senior) IT Specialist to join our growing IT team. This role focuses on IT projects, advanced support, systems and network administration. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in MS365 and/or network administration, the ability to take ownership of IT operations, oversee vendors, and be familiar with project management.
What you will do:
- Provide advanced (2nd/3rd line) technical support for systems and infrastructure issues.
- Act as an escalation point for complex incidents and ensure timely resolution of tickets in the ITSM system.
- Create and maintain accurate technical documentation, policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Administer, operate and maintain enterprise systems, including Microsoft 365, Exchange, Entra ID, Security and Compliance solutions (e.g. MS Purview), Endpoint Manager (Baramundi), and file sharing platforms.
- Manage and monitor office network infrastructure (Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet), including firewalls, access points, switches; VPNs, and traffic/security policies.
- Operate and maintain NAS, antivirus systems, and backup solutions.
- Implement automation for Account and endpoint management.
- Govern network segmentation, identity and access control policies, and device compliance enforcement.
- Collaborate with the global IT team and external vendors for operations and system changes.
What you will bring:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT management, IT infrastructure, systems support, or IT security.
- Proven experience administering Microsoft 365, MS Exchange, AD and Entra ID, Endpoint Management (Intune/Baramundi), MS Purview, MS Defender.
- Working knowledge of network hardware and administration: firewalls, Wi-Fi APs, Switches, VPN, zero trust solutions and VLANs.
- Familiarity with managing NAS systems, antivirus platforms, and backup tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Able to work independently and handle multiple technical domains with minimal supervision.
Nice to have:
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, Certified Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Security Administrator Associate, CompTIA Security+, Fortinet NSE, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, or equivalent.
- Certification in ITIL, PMI or a relevant equivalent.
- Experience implementing or supporting security frameworks and tools (DLP, Zero Trust, endpoint security, MFA, SSO integrations, conditional access, etc.).
- Familiarity with managing cloud storage policies, data governance, and compliance tools in M365.
- Chinese language skills
