Job Responsibilities:
-
Assist the PMO team in tracking project progress, resources, risks, and compiling related data;

Support project planning, task breakdown, and milestone management for automotive design projects;

Help organize project meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items;

Contribute to the optimization and standardization of project management processes, templates, and documentation systems;

Coordinate communication between cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Procurement, etc.);

Complete other project-related support tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Design, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field;

Strong interest in the automotive industry , basic understanding of automotive design and development processes is a plus;

Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills;

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.); familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Notion, or Trello is a plus;

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a good team player with a proactive attitude;

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
