Job Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the PMO team in tracking project progress, resources, risks, and compiling related data;

  2. Support project planning, task breakdown, and milestone management for automotive design projects;

  3. Help organize project meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items;

  4. Contribute to the optimization and standardization of project management processes, templates, and documentation systems;

  5. Coordinate communication between cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Procurement, etc.);

  6. Complete other project-related support tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

  1.  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Design, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field;

  2. Strong interest in the automotive industry , basic understanding of automotive design and development processes is a plus;

  3. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills;

  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.); familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Notion, or Trello is a plus;

  5. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a good team player with a proactive attitude;

  6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.

  • For students from the EU zone, no work permit is required. During the semester, working hours cannot exceed 20 hours/week, and during the summer and winter breaks, there is no weekly limit on the number of working hours (however, the total number of working hours exceeding 20 hours/week cannot exceed 26 weeks in the whole year) 
  • For international students from outside the European Union, a work permit is already attached to the German student visa at the time of issuance, and there is no need to apply for a separate work permit. It must be noted, however, that working hours for international students are limited to 140 full days (8 hours a day) or 280 half days (4 hours a day) per year. If they exceed this specified time, they must apply for a work permit at the Foreign Affairs Bureau. Chinese students on student visas cannot work more than 140 days per year if they work full-time.
