Senior Product Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

We're looking for a motivated Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) to lead the development of robotic and unmanned platforms at the intersection of automotive-grade engineering, autonomy, and customer centricity. 

In this role, you’ll be the go-to-person for product and market-trend related topics. This role is ideal for someone with a solid engineering or robotics foundation, strong product instincts, and hands-on experience bringing complex hardware + software systems to market.

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for small to medium-sized robotic/unmanned platforms
• Manage the entire product development cycle from conception to market launch, ensuring timelines are met
• Analyze the market, competition, and customer needs to identify opportunities and challenges, defining product vision, goals, and strategy
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to develop new produts & improve existing ones, break down product requirements into engineering tasks
• Translate internal users needs into clear, actionable technical specifications along with influencing prioritization of other teams
• Define clear metrics that drive model development with the rigour needed to support real world use cases
• Contribute & drive the delivery of products & features in a timely manner

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Robotics, (Industrial) Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees (MS, MBA, PhD) is a plus
• 5-10+ years as a Product Manager, preferably in robotics, automotive, or AI/autonomy products for B2B or B2G
• Strong experience in both strategic thinking and tactical execution—breaking down high-level goals into detailed, actionable features and managing them through to completion
• Ability to drive alignment in agile frameworks and workshops
• Proven track records of reasonable and evidence-driven decision making skills when things aren't clear
• Focus on understanding customer needs and translating them into clear, concise, and actionable product requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & German, with the ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a bias to action and ownership
• Background or strong exposure in autonomy or defense tech is a huge plus
• Product-related certifications and experience with Agile frameworks are a plus
