About the Role
As our Brand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for positioning Workwize as the leading solution for global IT asset management. You’ll take charge of our brand awareness, thought leadership, and top-of-funnel marketing efforts, ensuring Workwize is front and center in industry conversations.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Awareness & Positioning
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance brand visibility among IT and procurement professionals.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
Content & Thought Leadership
- Collaborate with the product marketing and content teams to craft compelling narratives, whitepapers, reports, and case studies.
- Establish Workwize as an industry thought leader through insightful and data-driven content.
Events & Webinars
- Plan and execute industry events, panel discussions, and webinars to engage our target audience and showcase Workwize’s expertise.
Public Relations & Media Outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, analysts, and industry influencers to secure media coverage.
- Develop press releases, pitches, and media kits to drive Workwize’s PR efforts.
Strategic Partnerships
- Identify and execute co-marketing opportunities with key industry players to expand Workwize’s reach.
Social & Community Engagement
- Grow Workwize’s presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms, fostering an active and engaged community.
- Develop and maintain a strong brand voice that resonates with our audience.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Measure the success of brand initiatives through engagement metrics, media reach, and event attendance.
- Continuously optimize efforts for maximum impact.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years in brand marketing, communications, or a related field, ideally within B2B SaaS, IT, or procurement industries.
Brand Storytelling: A natural storyteller who can translate complex IT challenges into engaging and relatable narratives.
Event & PR Expertise: Hands-on experience organizing webinars, industry events, and PR campaigns.
Media Relations: A track record of securing media placements and building relationships with industry journalists.
Growth Mindset: Data-driven, proactive, and always looking for new ways to amplify our brand’s reach.
Strategic & Creative Thinking: Ability to balance big-picture strategy with execution, bringing creative campaigns to life.
