About The Role 

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our fast-growing scale-up. As a founding AE, you’ll own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to closing deals—with the grit, hunger, and adaptability needed to thrive in a fast-moving environment. You’ll engage with a diverse range of clients and markets, build lasting relationships, and play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth.

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to help accelerate our next stage of 

growth. You will own the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery to negotiation and 

close, working closely with customers to solve real operational challenges.

As one of our early AEs, you will have the opportunity to shape how we sell, influence our go-

to-market strategy, and grow alongside an ambitious and collaborative team that is scaling 

internationally

 

 

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the Full Sales Cycle: from lead to close with ownership over revenue outcomes
  • Exceed targets by converting qualified leads and creating new opportunities through proactive outreach
  •  Build trusted relationships with stakeholders in IT, Operations, and HR
  • Understand customer pain points and translate them into tailored solutions and business cases
  • Collaborate with marketing, BDRs, and customer success to align efforts and continuously improve our go-to-market approach.
  •  Contribute ideas to help scale processes, refine messaging, and grow smarter as a team
  • Thrive in an uncapped commission system with accelerators that reward overperformance

 

Skills & Qualifications:

 

  • +5 Years of experience in Sales: Proven experience in a B2B commercial role in SaaS / Tech, with a track record of meetings, closing deals and achieving sales targets in an Account Executive position.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences
  • Proactive Sales Approach: Comfortable with prospecting, cold outreach, and building relationships from scratch, using multichannel.
  • Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or SPICED
  •  Curious, structured, and eager to learn from data and feedback
  • Process-Driven: Skilled in managing a sales pipeline and tracking progress with a data-driven mindset.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiar with tools such as Excel, Office 365, SalesFinity, PowerPoint, HubSpot, Dripify, Cognism and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to report on your activities, and know how to iteratively improve yourself based on your results
  • Languages: Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus, like German, French).
