About the Role: 

As the IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for streamlining our global IT configuration and wipe-up processes to ensure seamless operations for our clients, as well as for Workwize. You will oversee project execution, optimize workflows, and implement innovative solutions to enable flowless Device enrollment and Wipe-up for a variety of clients, all across the globe. Reporting to the VP Operations, you will collaborate closely with the Tech and Operations teams to align technical capabilities with client needs and continuously improve our services. 


How do we measure success in this role? 

As IT Project Manager, your performance will be measured by key service delivery and operational efficiency metrics:

    • Enrollment Success Rate
      – Minimizing the percentage of failed device enrollment orders within MDM-integrated workflows.

    • Supplier Turnaround Time
      – Reducing the number of working days required by suppliers to complete device enrollment before delivery.

    • Client Adoption of Standardized Wipe-Up
      – Driving the percentage of new clients successfully using our standardized wipe-up process.

    • Issue Resolution Speed
      – Decreasing the average time (in working days) to resolve configuration-related escalations with suppliers.

    • Wipe-Up Execution Time
      – Optimizing the time it takes for warehouse teams to carry out wipe-up requests from start to finish

 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Project Management 

  • Building a Roadmap of projects to enable Workwize clients to have error-free MDM enrollment (or imaging) on their orders and Wipe-up on their devices 
  • Lead projects from conception to completion, including roadmapping, automation and timeline management, in relationship with other Operations and Tech teams 
  • Helping design our platform experience in regards to Device configuration and Wipe-up, ensuring a great/seamless client experience  
  • Monitor IT performance metrics and make recommendations for improvements to optimize efficiency and productivity. 

2. Escalations management 

  • Solving day-to-day issues from our clients with enrollment/wipe-up and inform roadmap of projects with conclusions from issues 
  • Discussing with Workwize suppliers/Workwize Warehouses to ensure that the right setup is put in place for Device configuration/Wipe-up requirements to work smoothly 

3. IT Manager internally for Workwize 

  • Develop and implement IT strategies that align with Workwize’s business objectives. 
  • Manage Workwize’s fleet of IT equipment internally 
  • Setup automated employee onboarding and offboarding workflows 
  • Setup IAM for SaaS and processes for access control management 
  • Setup ITAM tooling to maintain inventory of all equipment 
  • Manage Workwize’s Mobile Device Management and keep in compliance with CyberSecurity policies 
  • Provide IT-Support internally to Workwize employees 


Skills & Requirements:
 

  • 5+ years of experience as an IT Manager, including having managed  
  • Strong understanding of ABM, Autopilot, MDM enrollment, Device imaging and Wipe-up flows 
  • Familiarity with SaaS applications, IAM tooling, Asset Management Automation applications other relevant IT management applications 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
