As we continue to scale rapidly, we're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a critical role in building the teams that power our growth.
The Role:
As our Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be more than a recruiter—you’ll be a true talent business partner. You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple departments and work closely with hiring managers to ensure hiring strategies align with our broader business goals.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both the operational side of recruitment and the strategic challenge of building high-performing teams in a fast-paced SaaS scale-up. You’ll join a small but impactful Talent team (currently 1 other TA), where collaboration, ownership, and initiative are highly valued.
What You’ll Do:
- Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers—supporting workforce planning, hiring strategy, role scoping, and market insights to influence and guide decision-making.
- Stakeholder Enablement: Coach and empower hiring managers on interview best practices, structured assessments, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Sourcing Strategy & Execution: Build targeted, creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and strategic roles, including proactive talent mapping and succession planning.
- Data-Driven Recruiting: Own recruitment metrics and dashboards; use insights to improve time-to-hire, funnel conversion, and quality-of-hire.
- Process Optimization: Improve and scale recruitment workflows, systems (we use Greenhouse), and tools to support efficient hiring.
- Employer Branding: Partner with People and Marketing to refine and amplify our employer brand across campaigns, events, and key candidate touchpoints.
- Strategic Thinking: Align hiring plans with business objectives and influence decisions at the leadership level.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on scaling in fast-paced SaaS, tech, ecommerce, or startup environments.
- Proven track record of owning senior-level or complex hiring processes end-to-end.
- Expertise in sourcing strategies, especially for niche or competitive talent markets.
- Consultative approach and ability to build strong partnerships with hiring teams.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with recruitment metrics and tools.
- Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms.
- Passion for improving the candidate experience and recruitment processes.
- Experience in employer branding and EVP initiatives is a strong plus.
