Operations Associate

• Global logistics coordination: Support our relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) partners and warehouses worldwide to maintain efficiency and quality in service delivery.
• Project and process management: Coordinate and support cross-functional projects to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Operations excellence: Analyze existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose scalable improvements across departments (including logistics, supply chain, and internal operations).
• Data-driven insights: Collect and analyze data to monitor performance, identify trends, and support decision-making for key stakeholders.
• Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with teams such as Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and smooth execution of operational initiatives.
• Documentation & knowledge management: Create clear process documentation, playbooks, and training materials to ensure consistency and scalability.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field from a reputable university.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in operations, consulting, project management, or process improvement (internships included).
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• A proactive, structured, and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

• Experience in a fast-scaling company or startup environment.
• Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, or 3PL coordination is a plus, but not required.
• Passion for building scalable systems and improving operational frameworks.
