Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Global Vendor Management Specialist to join our Procurement team. You will focus on building and managing strong partnerships with suppliers worldwide, ensuring that Workwize delivers best-in-class pricing, reliability, and service to our clients. Your ability to balance supplier collaboration with data-driven decision-making will be critical to our success in scaling globally.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Relationship Management

• Establish and strengthen partnerships with global IT suppliers to enhance competitiveness and service delivery.

• Lead negotiations on pricing, service SLAs, and contracts to secure favorable outcomes.

• Conduct regular reviews of vendor performance, ensuring alignment with Workwize’s standards.

Global Strategy & Pricing

• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to design vendor strategies that drive profitability and customer value.

• Monitor global trade conditions, currency fluctuations, and market shifts to inform vendor agreements.

Data Analysis & Insights

• Perform margin analysis, cost forecasting, and profitability assessments across vendor networks.

• Leverage visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI) to present vendor performance insights.

• Track and report key vendor KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.

 

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• 2–3+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or global trade.

• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and influence across diverse cultures.

• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in data analysis (Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI).

• Knowledge of international trade regulations and currency impacts is a plus.
