The Veeam Global Demand Generation team is hiring an experienced senior campaign manager to build and manage Enterprise ABM campaigns. You will lead the Enterprise ABM campaign project team collaborating with field marketing, content, marketing operations, and product marketing project team leaders to drive Enterprise pipeline and growth.  

As a key player, you'll partner with both internal and external teams to craft segmentation strategies, design impactful marketing plays, and execute comprehensive programs. A significant focus will be on expanding high-value customer accounts, growing the footprint, and increasing revenue within the defined customer list. You'll take ownership of your campaign's performance, leveraging data-driven insights to measure and optimize effectiveness. Regular presentations to senior marketing leaders at Veeam will require your strong executive presentation skills. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop Enterprise-focused go-to-market campaigns and collaborate with stakeholders across many different functions such as product marketing, field marketing, digital advertising, web, marketing automation, and events, as well as maintain alignment with sales team  
  • Understand and develop ABM strategies to surround the Enterprise buying committee – pain points, demographics, how they engage and driving buying groups to sales conversations 
  • Develop and update end-to-end strategy for Enterprise-focused campaign  
  • Partner with content marketing to identify and produce campaign content to lead personas through their buyers’ journeys 
  • Brief and manage the work of internal and external execution teams, including creative, digital advertising, SEO, social media, online and offline events to build out and execute programs  
  • Manage program budget and return on ad spend/return on investment 
  • Analyze data to monitor the success of programs and optimize activities based on findings. Review results with senior leadership, provide forecasts and plans for future periods  
  • Align to the needs of regional marketing and field teams at a global level. Develop annual and quarterly plans and communicate plans with teams to gain alignment on activities 

Requirements: 

  • Education - Bachelor’s Degree required (a combination of education and experience will be considered) 
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, with a minimum of 5 years developing and managing global Enterprise-focused campaigns   
  • Minimum of 7 years working in a B2B technology, consulting, or services company   
  • Proven success in Enterprise campaigns, buying group marketing, ABM strategies and technologies (like 6sense) 
  • Deep knowledge of omnichannel digital marketing and working with channels such as Paid Advertising, Email, Web, and Social Media 
  • A balance of creative thinking, strong project management and analytical skills  
  • Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills to drive consensus and articulate program recommendations to senior executives 
  • Marketing Campaign Management (Enterprise focused) 
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, specifically using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, and Excel 
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving 
  • Ability to lead cross-functional project teams across geographies 
  • Best practices and tactics for omnichannel marketing (paid digital channels, social media, email, web/SEO, webinars, field marketing)  
  • High emotional intelligence, team collaboration, and initiative.

The salary range posted is On Target Earnings (OTE), which is inclusive of base and variable pay. When making an offer of employment, Veeam will take into consideration the candidate’s expectations, experience, education, scope of responsibility for the role, and the current market demands.

United States of America Pay Range

$149,600 - $213,700 USD
