What You’ll Do:
- Align partner initiatives not only with Veeam’s corporate goals and regional sales objectives but also with our expanded focus on data security, governance, and compliance.
- Collaborate with global alliance leaders to adapt strategies for regional execution, ensuring comprehensive coverage across data protection, hybrid cloud, and now advanced data security and governance.
- Define measurable growth targets and drive initiatives that expand joint pipeline and revenue in both traditional infrastructure and next-generation data security, privacy, and compliance solutions.
- Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships across partner sales, marketing, and now CISO, RSSI, CFO, Compliance, and Legal teams to drive joint business outcomes.
- Identify and prioritize new growth opportunities in data protection, hybrid cloud, infrastructure modernization - as well as data security posture management (DSPM), data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Apply a sales-first mindset to influence opportunities and accelerate co-sell revenue generation, including opportunities in data governance and compliance.
- Partner with regional sales leaders to integrate alliance plays into enterprise and commercial segments, with a focus on the evolving needs of security, privacy, and compliance stakeholders.
- Scale repeatable go-to-market programs that align with regional and regulatory priorities, driving measurable outcomes in both data protection and data security posture.
- Conduct regular business reviews, pipeline inspections, and forecasting to ensure accountability and visibility across the expanded solution set.
- Represent Veeam in joint planning sessions, executive briefings, partner summits, and security, compliance, and governance forums.
- Collaborate with alliance marketing to coordinate field activities, campaigns, and awareness initiatives around data security, governance, and compliance.
- Establish a consistent cadence with sales leadership to track performance, refine strategy, and ensure alignment with emerging data security and compliance requirements.
- Enable both partner and Veeam sales teams to articulate joint value propositions, including DSPM, compliance, and privacy, through targeted training and enablement.
What You’ll Bring:
- At least 5 years of experience in technology sales, alliances, or partner management, preferably with a proven track record in SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, and data security, governance, or compliance.
- Demonstrated success driving revenue growth within data protection as well as data security, privacy, governance, and compliance ecosystems.
- Strong ability to build and sustain executive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Deep understanding of hardware alliance environments plus expertise in data security posture management, privacy, and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience developing and executing scalable go-to-market and co-sell strategies that address both infrastructure modernization and advanced data governance/compliance needs.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex security and compliance concepts for business, legal, and technical audiences.
- Strategic thinker with analytical insight and the ability to execute hands-on deliverables across cross-functional, matrixed teams.
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, as well as frameworks for compliance, data security, and risk management
- Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, highly regulated environments with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
