About the Role

Veeam, following its acquisition of Securiti AI - the leader in AI-powered data security posture management (DSPM) - is seeking a Regional Field Marketing Manager to drive growth across the US West Coast and Canada.

The Field Marketing Manager will own the regional field marketing plan, budget, campaign strategy and execution across a broad mix of programs, including field events, trade shows, account-based marketing (ABM), digital campaigns, executive programs, customer initiatives, and channel-led activities.

This role will partner closely with regional Sales, BDR, Channel, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Veeam marketing teams to drive security-led demand generation, brand awareness, customer acquisition, expansion, and partner-led pipeline growth.

The successful candidate will play a key role in showcasing the combined value proposition of Securiti AI + Veeam, creating integrated go-to-market programs that generate qualified pipeline and strengthen strategic positioning in the market at the forefront of the industry.

Success in this role requires a strategic and execution-oriented marketer with strong experience developing integrated field marketing programs and partnering closely with Sales and Channels to deliver measurable pipeline impact.

The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, data-driven, commercially focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an integrated field marketing strategy designed to increase brand awareness, generate security-led qualified pipeline, support customer acquisition, and contribute to regional growth targets across the US West Coast and Canada.
  • Partner closely with regional Sales leadership and local teams to understand market priorities, target accounts, business objectives, and pipeline needs.
  • Develop integrated marketing programs that highlight the combined value proposition ofSecuritiAI + Veeam, driving awareness, customer engagement, and pipeline generation.
  • Collaborate with Veeam marketing teams to identifysynergies, coordinate regional activities, and maximize the impact of shared programs and investments.
  • Lead the planning and execution of account-based marketing programs, integrated campaigns, field events, executive engagements, trade shows, webinars, and partner-led initiatives.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across Sales, BDRs, Channels, Alliances, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Customer Success, Communications, and subject matter experts.
  • Collaborate with Channels & Alliances to develop joint marketing initiatives with GSIs, regional integrators, VARs, cloud partners, and strategic alliances.
  • Manage MDF and partner-funded programs, coordinating joint activities to maximize partner engagement and available funding opportunities.
  • Partner with Customer Success to strengthen customer advocacy, increase customer engagement, and identifyexpansion opportunities.
  • Track campaign performance, pipeline contribution, lead conversion, and ROI, using data-driven insights to continuously optimizethe regional marketing strategy.
  • Manage the regional marketing budget, allocatinginvestments across programs based on business priorities, expected impact, and performance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, demand generation, and/or partner marketing within SaaS enterprise technology, cloud, cybersecurity, and/or data management.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing integrated field marketing programs across the US West Coast and/or Canada with budget ownership.
  • Proven success driving demand generation and measurable pipeline growth.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience partnering with senior Sales leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong strategic, analytic, and problem-solving skills - with the ability to interpret, report, and present marketing, funnel, and pipeline data to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, Microsoft Office, and marketing reporting tools.
  • Experience with customer advocacy programs is a plus.

About the Position

  • Travel required (30–35%), primarily domestic with occasional international travel.
