Success in this position requires strong technical expertise, discretion, professionalism, and a commitment to providing an outstanding user experience in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do

Deliver responsive technical support to executives through both remote and on-site channels, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and data privacy.
-
Provide flexible coverage across standard and extended business hours, including scheduled on-call rotation and after-hours support as needed.

Manage audio/visual setup and troubleshooting for executive presentations and video conferencing.

-
Support executive home office setups and provide remote troubleshooting while executives are traveling, including across time zones.
-
Own executive incidents end to end, coordinating escalation with network, security, and application teams until resolution rather than handing off.
-
Follow established ITSM/ITIL processes and maintain accurate documentation of all support activities.
