About the Role
We are looking for a Configuration (DevOps) Engineer to support our core development teams. You will be a part of the team owning the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for C#/.NET, C++ and JavaScript/TypeScript projects.
What You’ll Do
- Develop, maintain, and monitor CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable software builds and deployments
- Design and implement continuous build chains
- Automate deployment of test environments on Windows Server and Linux in vSphere using Ansible playbooks
- Write and maintain scripts for infrastructure automation, monitoring, and configuration management
- Optimize and improve CI processes, including code builds, automated tests, static analysis, and artifact deployment
- Monitor and troubleshoot pipeline failures, optimize build performance, and document pipeline architecture and operational standards
- Work closely with software developers, QA engineers, and IT operations to ensure smooth product delivery and automating routine processes
- Document processes, procedures, and configurations to ensure clear communication and continuity

TeamCity, Azure DevOps (YAML Pipelines), GitLab, Artifactory, VMware vSphere, Ansible + AWX, Docker, Git, NuGet, Conan, Prometheus + Grafana, AWS, Azure.
Scripting: PowerShell, Python, Bash, Kotli
What You’ll Bring
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle, Continuous Integration, and DevOps practices
- 3+ years of experience with CI systems (TeamCity, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
- Experience in Windows and Linux administration
- Experience in automation using scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, etc.)
- Experience working with Git
- Experience with Docker
- Ability to work with REST APIs for process automation
- Ability to solve complex problems under time constraints
- Experience with cross-team collaboration
- English proficiency sufficient to communicate with international teams
Bonus Skills
- Experience with .NET stack
- Experience in development using any mainstream language (Python, Go, C#, Java, etc.)
- Experience with monitoring systems
- Experience with AWS and/or Azure
- Experience working with monorepositories, managing large build artifacts, and using cross-platform toolchains
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools
- Experience maintaining RPM repositories
- Knowledge of virtualization platforms (especially VMware vSphere)
- Knowledge of package managers such as NuGet and Cona
