Customer Renewals Sales Representative (German + English Fluency Required)

The Customer Success Representative is responsible for managing the renewal of maintenance contracts for customers within an assigned territory. This includes providing accurate and timely quotes, engaging directly with customers and Veeam’s channel partners, and ensuring a seamless renewal experience. The primary objective of this role is to drive customer satisfaction and retention, while also identifying opportunities for upselling and expanding Veeam’s footprint within existing accounts. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Overachieve territory renewal and expansion quota by managing and growing all contracts in the assigned territory. 
  • Proactively monitor expiring agreements, provide timely proposals/quotes, and ensure seamless contract renewals and customer retention. 
  • Handle customer/partner inquiries regarding quotes, pricing, up-selling, and maintenance contract issues; cold call customers with lapsed support to reactivate accounts. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and other teams to ensure customer retention, prepare necessary documentation, and support channel partners in closing renewals. 
  • Accurately record all activities in Salesforce, maintain impeccable CRM hygiene, and manage inbound renewal inquiries through various portals. 
  • Prioritize workload to meet KPIs, SLAs, and customer satisfaction goals while identifying and pursuing maintenance reinstatement opportunities. 

 

Qualifications and Requirements: 

  • Advanced proficiency in English and German. 
  • Previous sales experience, preferable B2B 
  • Outstanding communication and customer service abilities. 
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities. 
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
