Join the EMEA Sales Acceleration Team as a Senior Operations Associate, where you’ll organize and support training programs, events, and projects. You’ll work with trainers and vendors, handle logistics, and provide operational support for both onsite and virtual sessions. The role involves coordinating communications, preparing materials, updating internal resources, and assisting with reporting and training documentation. Ideal candidates have project management experience, strong communication skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide coordination, logistics and operational support for training programs, events, projects and work streams for the EMEA Sales Acceleration Team
- Work with internal trainers and outside vendors on organising trainings that meet all necessary requirements: search the venues, book conference rooms, deal with outside vendors and payments, if necessary, work with outside vendors on printing participant’s materials
- Provide training session (Teams) production where needed including monitoring chat, documenting participants, preparing recordings and extracting reports
- Consult with the Sales Acceleration team on planning of upcoming training sessions, programs and the needed communications, invitations, etc.
- Provide additional support where help is needed regarding data collection, content review and preparation, dry-runs, confirmation of stakeholders, etc.
Coordinate other needed logistics and training coordination support including, but not limited to:
- Updating the information pages/libraries on the internal resources
- Shipping/printing requests
- Program and process documentation as needed
- Monitor onboarding training learning assignments
- Book conference rooms and complete room setups needed for training events
- Ensure all necessary supplies, printed materials and resources are available for onsite and virtual training events
- Provide materials after the training to attendees (feedback forms, etc.)
- Serve as a team resource for training reporting and monitoring of quarterly learning plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required (a combination of education and experience will be considered)
- Program & Project Management experience
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experienced with MS Teams and Outlook
- English language (fluent level)
- Capacity for innovative thinking and problem-solving;
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-changing environment
- Good time management skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
