About the role

The Customer Success Representative role is responsible for driving renewals and expansion, aiming to exceed quotas, and ensuring customer retention. Proactively engage customers, reactivate lapsed support, and collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes. Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM hygiene, and support channel partners to maximize renewal success. Ensure high customer satisfaction by assisting with licensing, support tickets, and inquiries while meeting KPIs and SLAs. 

 

What You’ll Do

  • Drive customer renewals and expansion, aiming to exceed quota targets. 
  • Proactively engage customers 4+ months before support expiration to assess needs and ensure a smooth renewal process. 
  • Identify and engage decision-makers within customer and partner organizations, aligning solutions with their specific priorities and needs. 
  • Re-engage customers with lapsed support through targeted outreach and proactive calling 
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Deal Desk, Legal, Sales) to process special terms, create NSQs, and ensure smooth transactions. 
  • Clearly communicate and sell complex offers to customers and partners. 
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, perform business analysis, and provide data-driven insights. 
  • Assist customers with licensing transfers, support ticket escalations, and general inquiries to enhance customer experience and satisfaction. 
  • Provide support to Veeam’s channel partners, enabling them to successfully close renewals and additional license sales. 
  • Ensure impeccable Salesforce (CRM) hygiene by accurately recording all activities and maintaining up-to-date customer records. 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Fluent level of English
  • Proven experience in managing customer relationships and ensuring a positive customer experience. 
  • Strong experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer success, preferably in the IT/software industry. 
  • Ability to identify and engage decision-makers within customer and partner organizations. 
  • Experience in selling complex solutions and communicating value propositions effectively to customers and partners. 
  • Experience in collaborating with channel partners, to drive additional license sales and business growth. 
  • Proficiency in CRM systems with a focus on maintaining accurate customer records and pipeline management. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate solutions and offers. 
  • Strong negotiation skills to influence customer decisions and drive successful business outcomes
