Business Partner, Marketing
Corporate Technology Business Partners play a crucial role in aligning business objectives with technological solutions by acting as strategic connectors, capability owners, and process SMEs – building strong stakeholder relationships and driving the delivery of scalable, value-driven outcomes across key enterprise domains.
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Technology Business Partner to join our team. This role will act as a business process analyst and product owner supporting Veeam’s Marketing capability areas — including Demand Generation, Web, Corporate Communications, and Corporate Marketing. You will lead the intake, prioritization, and execution of technology solutions across these domains, ensuring that digital tools, platforms, and processes enable measurable outcomes such as campaign performance, lead conversion, brand consistency, and operational efficiency.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing and technology, understands full-funnel campaign execution, and can translate evolving business needs into structured roadmaps, workflows, and delivered capabilities.
Your tasks will include:
- Owning and managing product intake across Marketing functions, helping teams define and refine business needs for campaigns, web experiences, brand initiatives, and internal/external communications
- Maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog across platforms supporting demand gen, digital marketing, web CMS, marketing automation, asset management, and analytics
- Translating marketing business needs into clear requirements, epics, and user stories with defined acceptance criteria
- Analyzing and optimizing current-state marketing processes, from campaign planning and lead capture to nurture, scoring, handoff, and reporting
- Prioritizing work based on marketing impact, urgency, business value, and dependencies with Demand Generation and Corporate Marketing teams
- Collaborating with marketing operations, content teams, field marketers, and technical owners of platforms such as AEM, Marketo, and Salesforce
- Tracking key KPIs related to campaign performance, platform usage, and process efficiency to inform prioritization and measure success
- Driving feature adoption by coordinating with enablement, change management, and training teams to support smooth transitions and end-user readiness
- Acting as the voice of the business in agile delivery processes, representing marketing objectives during planning, demos, and retrospectives
- Continuously refining backlog and roadmap based on data, feedback, and shifting marketing strategies
What we expect from you:
- 5+ years of experience in a role involving product ownership, business analysis, or marketing technology enablement
- Experience working with or supporting marketing teams in enterprise B2B environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience considered
- Demonstrated ability to define and manage a product backlog, write user stories, and deliver iteratively using agile methods
- Familiarity with enterprise tech platforms supporting campaign execution, lead management, digital experience, or communications
- Experience managing backlogs and agile delivery using Jira, Aha!, Confluence, or similar tools
- Skilled in mapping marketing processes and documenting requirements using tools like Lucidchart, Visio, or Miro
- Familiar with marketing KPIs and funnel metrics such as MQL, SQL, pipeline attribution, email performance, and digital engagement
- Able to contribute to and optimize integration points across CRM, marketing automation, CMS, asset libraries, and analytics platforms
- Proficient in basic data interpretation and supporting dashboard/reporting needs from platforms like Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, or Google Analytics
Will be an advantage:
- Certifications such as CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, CBAP, or marketing technology platforms (e.g., Marketo Certified Expert)
- Prior experience supporting integrated campaigns, web properties, or brand/comms initiatives
We offer:
- Private medical insurance for you, one adult dependent, and your children
- Meal tickets
- Private pension plan
- Life insurance
- Vision reimbursement
- Annual leave and additional vacation days based on tenure
- Cafeteria Benefit Plan where you will be able to flexibly customize your benefits package based on your budget and personal needs
