Customer Success Strategic Representative with German

The Customer Success Representative (Inside Com Accounts) is responsible for the renewal of customer maintenance contracts in their assigned territory/segment; this includes providing quotes directly to customers and/or their assigned channel partners.  The Customer Success Representative is responsible for ensuring the best customer experience as well as customer retention, with the customer success being number one objective. The Customer Success Representative is also responsible for upselling customers to premium services and for identifying opportunities for add-on sales of Veeam products. This position is focused on driving revenue bookings and overachieving quotas through retaining customers. 

 

Your tasks will include:

  • Achieve and exceed renewal and expansion targets within assigned territory
  • Proactively contact customers months before support expiration for assessments
  • Identify key stakeholders at customers and partners to address their priorities effectively
  • Re-engage customers with lapsed support to encourage renewal and service continuity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare special terms and create necessary quotes
  • Clearly explain and promote complex offers to both internal and external audiences
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, provide business analysis, and communicate insights

What we expect from you:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in both English and German languages
  • Have relevant experience in sales, account management, customer success, or renewals
  • Show a consistent record of exceeding quotas and achieving key performance indicators
  • Manage complex customer requests in collaboration with cross-functional teams effectively
  • Communicate and influence across all levels of an organization, including executives
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently
