Global Sr. Program Manager: Tech & AI Sales Enablement

You will oversee the design, development, and deployment of technology and AI-based resources to enhance sales team effectiveness. Leveraging rapid authoring, AI tools, and micro-learning platforms, you will deliver tailored, data-driven content focused on product enablement, sales messaging, and best practices. 

This role involves close collaboration with learning designers, program managers, and cross-functional teams, as well as engagement with the broader Sales Acceleration team and sales leadership. Responsibilities

  • Program Management:  Lead end-to-end management of core enablement programs, executing AI and technology-based projects across initiatives like product launches, sales role plays, and deal reviews. 
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Partner with cross-functional teams to define business needs and deliver AI-driven enablement resources. Build strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and project success. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Demonstrate though leadership to the wider sales acceleration organization; stay updated on AI and automation trends, recommending enhancements to existing AI tools and championing bestpractices to drive innovation across enablement projects. 
  • Content Creation: Work with Sales Acceleration and stakeholders to design interactive, AI-powered training resources—using tools such as NLP and machine learning for real-time sales scenarios, role-plays, and playbooks. 
  • Learning Repository: Maintain a centralized library of learning materials, best practices, and AI-generated insights for easy access by sales teams. 
  • Reporting & Analytics: Collaborate with Revenue Intelligence to deliver comprehensive analytics on the impact of AI-enabled learning assets and drive continuous improvement. 

Data Usage: Use sales, customer, and market data to develop personalized, AI-driven learning resources tailored to the needs of various sales teams and regions. 

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication & collaboration skills.  
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter. 
  • Ability to adopt the most effective engagement style when working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, SMEs, employees and leadership at all levels. 
  • Ability to anticipate and mitigate challenges related to cultural differences, language barriers, and market-specific needs. 
  • Exceptional organization and project management skills with the ability to manage many projects & tasks simultaneously
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in program/project management with a focus on data-driven, AI, and machine learning for content creation or training. 
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing. 
  • 3+ years’ experience in sales enablement/training or related roles, with solid understanding of sales strategy and processes. 
  • Proficient with modern content creation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, AI-based authoring, Synthesia, Articulate). 
  • Experience with LMS integration (e.g., MuleSoft) and analytics platforms (e.g., Cornerstone). 
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies, performance metrics, and creating content for real-world sales challenges. 
  • Experience working with global, culturally diverse teams. 
  • Skilled in curriculum development and coordination for sales environments. 
  • Proven ability to coordinate enablement activities for global product launches and business-specific knowledge. 

Ability to travel up to 20% of the time with international travel for team meetings, company events and workshops. (VISAs may be required).

The salary range posted is On Target Earnings (OTE), which is inclusive of base and variable pay. When making an offer of employment, Veeam will take into consideration the candidate’s expectations, experience, education, scope of responsibility for the role, and the current market demands.

United States of America Pay Range

$123,100 - $175,900 USD
