Job responsibilities
Customer Success Program Manager (with focus on Onboarding Program)
Using existing Onboarding framework, develop and maintain global Onboarding program including customer journey, process and analysis digital-led touchpoints and human-led engagements with scalability in mind.
Regularly review and report on program efficiency and efficacy, including customer adoption and growth
Define, development, maintain and measure customer enablement programs as pertains to Onboarding
Create and maintain Onboarding journey feedback loop
Coordinate data collection, reporting and information analysis of program as whole and specific elements as needed
Review and analyze new technology in order to streamline and scale Onboarding processes.
Work across departments to communicate pain points and develop programming to address.
Analyze quantitative and qualitative information to develop new customer-facing programs to drive positive customer outcomes.
Qualifications
5+ years in program management roles, including ability to develop, documentation and execution of a large-scale rollout
Experience in identifying metrics to support growth and change management within programming
Self-starter who proactively identify areas of need and takes steps to mitigate
Experience in building a business or major department within a larger company
Effective communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and written as well as in working with a diverse team and multiple levels of management.
Ability to identify collaborators and work cross-departmentally
Experience with Gainsight required. Experience with Salesforce administration preferred.
Ability to work remote
The salary range posted is On Target Earnings (OTE), which is inclusive of base and variable pay. When making an offer of employment, Veeam will take into consideration the candidate’s expectations, experience, education, scope of responsibility for the role, and the current market demands.
United States of America Pay Range
$119,400 - $170,600 USD
