Senior Manager, APJ Cloud and Service Provider

The APJ Cloud and Service Provider Senior Manager will create and execute a VCSP Plan that aligns to country growth plans and priorities and delivers to the APJ VCSP quota.
The execution of this plan will be through the sales teams that sells to and with Cloud Service Providers. This Manager in working with the global VCSP program team will drive execution of the APJ VCSP Program that drives incremental revenue through Service Providers and Aggregators by identification of new partners and markets, creates Veeam bias through enablement and delivers to country revenue targets and growth.
Responsibilities
- Focus on consistent and increasing Revenue / Bookings (Monthly Recurring Revenue)
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales quota in software sales, specifically in a recurring revenue model; and leading teams to do so.
- Passionate about the Cloud and Service Provider businesses
- Deep Experience developing cloud businesses
- Demonstrates tenacity, capable of leading teams through business transformation
- Evangelist for the cloud business
- Proven track record of developing business partner and service provider partnerships and leading teams to expand the partner portfolio
- Thorough undertaking of both the “sell to” and “sell through” cloud business models.
- Strong business planning and go to market planning skills.
- Able demonstrate hyper growth with existing cloud relationships.
- Keen focus on the metrics of the business including, pipeline, closing rates, and the metrics of a recurring revenue business.
- Strong problem-solving skills, creativity and perseverance for solving problems
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
Qualifications
- Experience in growing Cloud and Service Provider business within large geography
- Experience in creating and executing revenue plan associated with growth in Cloud and Service Provider
- Experience in growing Cloud and Service Provider business with Aggregators
- Have previously held and successfully achieved revenue goals related to Cloud and Service Provider
- Experience in Data Protection
- Experience in backup and replication
- Experience in building a subscription business
