What You Will Do 

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Team Lead Sales - Europe South to lead and grow our high-performing sales team in one of our most important regions. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and execute the strategy for growing our largest accounts, drive revenue expansion, and influence the future of our business in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of 4 account managers, driving them towards outstanding sales performance and professional growth.
  • Cultivate and expand relationships within existing accounts in Europe South region to unlock new revenue opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Drive sales results through data-driven decisions, setting and tracking key performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers, ensuring long-term success and customer loyalty.
  • Oversee contract negotiations to ensure favorable terms and successful deal execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, customer success) to optimize the customer experience and identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize the sales process using CRM tools, ensuring effective pipeline management and performance reporting.
  • Provide regular insights on market trends, sales progress, and team performance to senior leadership.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, identifying training needs and implementing development programs for the team.
  • Monitor and respond to changes in the market or business environment, adapting strategies as needed to maintain competitive advantage.

You will be great for this position if you have 

  • 8-10+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success, ideally within B2B software or product-led growth organizations.
  • 5+ years of experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Proven track record in driving sales growth and managing large accounts.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define, develop, and optimize sales processes.
  • Experience in consulting, financial services, or professional services is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and at least one additional language (French, Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems, and advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
  • Highly adaptable and results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Passionate about innovation and making an impact—ideally, with a genuine enthusiasm for think-cell’s solutions.
  • Willingness to work from our Berlin office 4 days a week.
