What You Will Do 

Are you a driven, entrepreneurial sales professional ready to make a big impact? We’re looking for a high-energy Account Manager to take charge of our Go-to-Market strategy in the U.S. In this unique, multi-faceted role, you'll be at the forefront of working with new and existing clients and customers, with a primary focus on fueling user growth through strategic sales initiatives. 

As the owner of the entire sales process, you'll have the opportunity to acquire, expand, and nurture a book of business, while ensuring customers get the most out of our cutting-edge solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Own a portfolio of consulting customers by managing and growing key accounts while identifying and executing expansion opportunities

  • Prospecting into new teams and divisions within existing accounts, leveraging account mapping and data-driven sales strategies

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including qualification, value positioning, live product demonstrations, negotiation, and contract execution

  • Manage data-driven account forensics to identify areas for expansion and churn prevention

  • Engage directly with end-users, procurement, and decision-makers to drive adoption and long-term value

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to each customer’s structure, needs, and buying patterns  

  • Own pipeline generation, inbound requests, and trial conversions by refining outreach strategies, adjusting messaging, and executing sales plays

  • Work cross-functionally with leadership, customer enablement, and solution consulting to drive training and adoption within key accounts

  • Monitor account health and proactively mitigate churn risk through ongoing engagement, renewal strategies, and expansion planning

You will be great for this position if you have 

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a SaaS sales, ideally in a high growth or start-up environment

  • Proven track record of managing enterprise or mid-market accounts – Experience with consulting clients or exposure to the consulting industry is a plus

    Strong ability to navigate complex customer organizations, multi-thread deals and with C-suite executives

  • Highly self-sufficient and proactive, capable of operating in an entrepreneurial and fast-moving sales environment 

  • Experience in working with common GTM tools (e.g. Salesforce.com, Outreach.io, Gong, LinkedIn SalesNav)

  • Excellent virtual communication and presentation skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships

  • Appreciation of our product – willingness to understand think-cell’s product is a must (don’t worry, it’s very intuitive), experience with think-cell a plus

  • Based in Denver Ability to work on-site in Denver at least 3 days per week

  • College degree, preferably in business or a related field

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
