What You Will Do 

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) for Strategic Accounts in the DACH region, you will be pivotal in building and nurturing long-term relationships with some of our most valuable clients. This role demands strong analytical and presentation capabilities, requiring you to translate technical customer requirements into compelling business narratives and deliver tangible outcomes. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success and growth of our key accounts, ensuring that our clients achieve maximum value from our solutions.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Strategic Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with executives and key decision-makers within assigned strategic accounts across DACH. Develop comprehensive account strategies and present them through executive-level presentations and business reviews.
  • Business Analysis & Value Demonstration: Conduct in-depth analysis of customer usage patterns and business metrics. Create compelling presentations that demonstrate value realization and business impact, translating technical think-cell features into clear business benefits.
  • Retention & Growth: Proactively monitor customer health through data analysis. Develop and present expansion strategies, including up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, supported by thorough business cases and professional presentations.
  • Thought Leadership & Enablement: Design and deliver executive-level workshops and training sessions. Create professional presentation materials that position our solutions within broader industry trends and best practices.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Produce executive-level reports and dashboards that provide clear insights into customer performance and business outcomes. Maintain detailed account documentation ensuring all customer interactions are properly captured.

You will be great for this position if you have 

  • Experience: 3+ years in management consulting, strategy consulting, or similar analytical roles, or 5+ years in customer success/account management with demonstrated experience in strategic account management.
  • Communication Excellence: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both English and German. Proven ability to write professional internal communications and present complex concepts to senior stakeholders with clarity and impact.
  • Adaptability & Learning Agility: Demonstrated ability to quickly understand and adapt to changing business requirements and technical specifications. Track record of rapidly assimilating complex information and translating it into actionable strategies.
  • Relationship Management: Proven ability to build trust and credibility with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders. Experience managing complex stakeholder environments and facilitating consensus around strategic initiatives.
  • Tools: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage.

This role is based in our Berlin office and requires on-site presence at least 4 days a week—we value in-person collaboration and team connection.
