Role Overview
The Account Manager plays a crucial role in driving client success, growth, and retention. As part of the French/Belgian team, you will own client relationships end-to-end, ensuring campaign success, satisfaction, and alignment with internal teams to meet client needs and objectives.
Your primary focus is on nurturing and managing client relationships to ensure successful campaign outcomes. Whether engaging with clients in-person or remotely, your expertise in digital strategy enables you to offer tailored solutions that meet specific client needs. On the analytical side, you delve into performance data to optimize and report on campaign successes, driving future growth and continually enhancing client satisfaction.
For this role, bilingual French is required, English is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own the client relationship end-to-end.
- Understand business goals and translate them into media strategies.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Ensure campaign success and client satisfaction.
- Align internal teams around client needs, coordinating timelines and KPIs.
- Deliver reports, insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Act as the voice of the client internally.
Deliverables:
In your first month, get oriented, know your team, dive deep into our different products, and build key external relationships.
After three months, master our technology and tools, develop new business opportunities through optimization, cross-selling, and upselling.
By six months, take ownership of your clients, working closely with cross-functional teams. Provide first-class support and account management to brands and agencies, becoming an external evangelist of the open internet.
Key Skills & Experience:
- While 1 to 3 years of experience in the digital industry is beneficial, we are primarily seeking a highly motivated individual who is passionate about the digital industry.
- Strong business acumen and client communication skills.
- Good understanding of digital KPIs including CPC, CPL, ROI, CTR, VTR, viewability, etc.
- Proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude.
- Capacity to manage Teads campaign workflow, including preparation, upload, kickoff calls, follow-ups, daily optimizations, reporting, and campaign analysis.
- Proven ability to interface with clients both remotely and face-to-face, providing timely, consistent support.
- Technical aptitude and a desire to learn the intricacies of the Teads system, & Analytical ability to monitor and identify trends in performance metrics and data.
- Languages: French (native/equivalent) and English (very good).
- Location: This position is based in our fast-paced, award-winning company located in the center of Paris.
