About the Role
The Customer Experience Analyst is responsible for operating campaigns and generating insights that ensure flawless delivery and strong performance across the Teads platform. This role supports post-sale excellence, contributes to client satisfaction, and provides operational support to Coordinators and Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate end-to-end campaigns using Teads Ad Manager and related tools, including setup, QA, pacing, optimization, and closure.
- Act as the operational post-sale point of contact for Teads clients, including taking on accounts of varying complexity when required; escalate issues to the Coordinator or Manager as needed.
- Execute QA checklists for creatives, tags/pixels, and third-party ad server integrations; validate asset delivery and implement pixels according to internal processes.
- Build, manipulate, and deliver performance reports (Google Sheets/Excel), providing clear analyses and actionable optimization recommendations.
- Contribution to performance uplift through optimization.
- Prepare presentation materials (Slides/PowerPoint) and produce screenshots/demos for client reporting.
- Document operational processes in platforms such as Asana and/or Monday.
- Monitor SLAs and operational metrics, ensuring high-quality output and low rework rate.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to identify improvement opportunities and share learnings.
Qualifications and skills:
- 1+ years of experience in Digital Media (agency, publisher, trading desk, or similar environments).
- Strong analytical mindset with a solid understanding of key digital media metrics and performance indicators.
- Hands-on experience with ad-ops platforms (DSP/SSP/Ad Server). Experience with DV360 or Teads Ad Manager is highly valued.
- Experience in creative QA, asset validation, and pixel/tag implementation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, as well as Google Slides and Sheets.
- Comfortable reading, interpreting, and working with spreadsheets, datasets, and performance reports.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to build clear and compelling slides.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality, error-free work.
- Proactive, curious, and resourceful, with a strong drive for problem-solving and process improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in collaborative environments and customer-facing situations.
- A strong team player who builds positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced to fluent English proficiency.
