About the opportunity

Teads is seeking a senior highly motivated HR Business Partner to join our People & Culture team in Montpellier, acting as an HR lead for the local office and supporting our Tech & Product organization globally. 

You will partner closely with Tech & Product Leadership teams, in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. This role combines strategic business partnering, hands-on HR execution, and local site leadership, making it a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys ownership, impact and variety.

You will work with a team of resourceful, bright and proactive people who collaborate closely within a fast-growing global organization. We are looking for an ambitious go-getter without ego, who brings both structure and creativity, and who strives to add value to the People & Culture team as well as to our Tech & Product leaders.

A day in the life 

This is an exciting HR opportunity - we’re looking for someone who enjoys supporting employees and managers, and acting as a key partner to the business. If you love variety in your job and have a hunger to be strategically driven while being all hands on deck, this role is for you!

You will partner with employees at all levels and play an active role in developing and implementing Teads’ people strategy, aligning business priorities with HR initiatives, and adapting them to the specific needs of Tech & Product teams.

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement HR initiatives within your Tech & Product groups
  • Act as a strategic partner to Tech & Product teams, closely supporting Tech & Product leaders on organizational design, growth, transformation and talent strategy
  • Advise managers on people challenges and risks to the business using a data driven approach
  • Use strong understanding of the Tech & Product organization to contribute to the design and delivery of impactful HR projects and people strategies
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with Tech & Product stakeholders locally and globally, while partnering closely with the Global P&C team to deploy and adapt HR processes
  • Influence continuous improvement in key people areas such as performance management, retention and engagement and recruitment 
  • Act as the HR lead for the Montpellier office and ensuring alignment between global strategy and local execution

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience as HRBP for Engineering teams
  • Proven business partnering experience in a global organization, ideally in a tech-driven environment
  • Quick learner and open to trying new things and thinking outside of the box
  • Result oriented and a self-starter who enjoys a challenge
  • Proactive and data-driven
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech savvy and comfortable with online tools (e.g. Slack, G-suite, Excel, etc.)
  • Fluent in english
