We are looking for someone who:

• Has solid understanding of the gambling industry and interest in how sponsorship contributes to brand visibility.
• Has a genuine passion for sports and motivation to be actively involved in sporting events.
• Has strong operational and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a hands-on approach to problem solving.
• Has clear communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and external partners.
• Is flexible for irregular schedules and availability to travel to events.
• Has curiosity and eagerness to learn fast, with a focus on building knowledge in sponsorship and brand activations.

What you'll be doing:

• Project support & coordination: get involved in planning and implementing sponsorship and brand activation projects, ensuring smooth execution and attention to detail.
• On-spot activations: take part in delivering brand activations during sporting events (stadiums, fan zones, promotional areas), ensuring the company’s presence is visible and professional.
• Collaboration with suppliers & agencies: work directly with external partners, understand basic requirements, and check the quality of deliverables.
• Partner relations: support communication with sports clubs, event organizers, and other partners, making sure contractual obligations are respected and negotiated benefits are fully delivered.
• Flexibility & availability: be open to working on weekends or outside regular hours when major sporting events take place.
• Learning & adaptability: willingness to learn quickly, gain new knowledge in sponsorship, and adapt to the fast-paced dynamics of the gambling and sports industry.
