PMO Analyst

As a PMO Analyst, you will play a key role in helping the Transformation Office act as a true single source of truth for portfolio delivery, reporting and decision-making.
You will support the team in breaking down cross-functional silos and strengthening portfolio visibility across initiatives.
Your role combines analytical work with hands-on portfolio, project and change management support, enabling senior stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions.
What you will be doing
- Support the design and maintenance of project dashboards and digital transformation roadmaps, translating raw project data into meaningful reports for senior leadership.
- Help define and maintain the PMO and portfolio documentation library, as well as change management processes and artefacts.
- Maintain portfolio RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies), ensuring mitigation actions are tracked and up to date.
- Support portfolio demand tracking, portfolio health reporting and cross-workstream dependency management.
- Act as a super-user and point of support for project and portfolio management tools.
- Prepare agendas, capture requirements, document outcomes and actively track actions to completion for meetings and workshops.
- Support schedule coordination, including maintaining Gantt charts and project timelines and identifying potential delivery risks or milestone slippage.
- Assist with financial administration activities such as invoice processing, purchase order tracking and monthly financial reconciliation.
- Act as a central point of contact for portfolio-related queries and coordinate information flow between internal and external stakeholders.
What we are looking for someone who
- Strong ability to manage multiple parallel priorities and maintain focus on high-impact and high-urgency items.
- Strong analytical rigour and ability to identify trends across portfolios and multiple data sets.
- Excellent written communication skills for professional reporting and stakeholder correspondence.
- Ability to explain complex delivery and project information in a clear and simple way, without unnecessary jargon.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach — you do not only surface issues, but also suggest practical workarounds and improvements.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or similar collaborative productivity tools.
- Experience using Notion and Slack (or similar tools).
- Strong data and reporting skills using Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience working with Project and Portfolio Management tools is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with project and portfolio management frameworks is an advantage.
- Exposure to or experience working with change management methodologies is an advantage.
